Lucy: Hope you're all aboard for Watchmen, then. Nine months and counting. And that's as far as I'll let my geek flag fly tonight.

Sig: Thanks for the heads up. Found the spoiler. It does turn me off, but reading that the studio forced a happy, friendlier ad campaign makes me happy. I like me some dark superhero movies (tho nothing will beat Iron Man).

RED TOOTS ~ it was really weird watching the guy who looks like my ex slobber on Keith’s hand.

Red Toots, Oh, my, I can imagine, (And how many degrees of separation is THAT!) and especially as they had just established that apparently it is a very hairy hand.

I think that I will settle for genuflection if I should ever meet the Big Guy.

BECKY ~ I’m glad you enjoy the Tumblblogging!

Becky, absolutely. I often save it for weekends when there are no posts so I can get my KO fix. I have also been known to click on and read more at the links provided.

As you note, there seems to be so much written about Keith at present, and all over the place, literally and figuratively.

I really appreciate the work you do to collect all of this, most of which I would have no idea how to find.

I'm glad you enjoy the Tumblblogging! There is so much about KO online these days and I have less time to devote to ERT than I used to, so it seemed a good compromise. I really do try to bring the best bits.

Keith's campaign to get an Arrested Development movie is just one of a million reasons to like him.

Rafismom, I'll admit, Arrested Development isn't for everyone and it's an acquired taste. I had never seen it until a couple years ago, when a friend pushed me to see it. I didn't really like the first couple of episodes I saw, but then something clicked and now I say it's the funniest series I've ever seen. However, my attempts to get others to watch have all failed.

Red Toots, I somewhat relate as I could not watch the Monday show and listened with my eyes closed as those black Buddy Holly glasses made Keith look appallingly like my X. Thank goodness for the height difference as in the incredibly unlikely event that we were all in the same room I would not mix them up.

Thanks to Erin, Becky, and Lucy for the recent recaps and other items of interest, including the Tumbleblogging Olbermann section, which is often hysterical.

My favorite Carlin act was STUFF, and I have traveled with one suitcase packed inside another so I can leave things at hotels I will be returning to and cut down on what I am taking along, but there is always some stuff (as Carlin noted such as eye drops) that cannot be left behind.

As for Arrested Development: So many people were writing about it that I tried it, and it had a number of actors I have really liked in other things, but...let's just say that despite my best efforts, we did not connect. Same reason I never liked Taxi. One every man can balance a cast where everyone else is quirky, but not one where the entire rest of the cast is comprised of outright loons.

I found that last segment of the show last night extremely self indulgent. (Except for the laugh out loud attempt of the one man, who is apparently known to many of you, but not to me, to roll off Keith's body hair with a lint remover. HINT to Countdown staff: Do not assume that your entire audience will recognize those who are obscure. I am still not sure if the man is an actor or a hairdresser or what.)

I could not help but compare it unfavorably to the wonderfully funny segment Stephen Colbert had later with Will Smith re the same movie.

Otherwise, they are really packing in some important and well done political analysis and discussion.

How does Keith find out in advance what the headlines on Page Six will be? By Jove

I think they pretend they are journalists and call him in advance for comment.
